Worker Qualifications

World Light Mission (WLM) requires that workers understand, support, and teach WLM’s Statement of Faith. Knowing that any success is from God, workers should do everything in their power to ensure the success of the project. This includes being sincere; showing love, honor, and respect to others; and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow. Following Jesus’ example of servant leadership, workers must be willing to follow or lead if called upon.
